Our specific notarial services include the drafting and execution of private deeds for the purchase, sale, exchange, mortgages and other real estate transactions; powers of attorney and authorisations; leases and rental agreements; loan agreements; all property, commercial and vehicle registration applications; incorporation of companies and ancillary documents, among many others.

Our firm also assists its clients in obtaining foreign documents needed to perform certain acts in Portugal or, if the client is abroad and needs a document to conclude an act in Portugal, we also prepare all documents to be signed by a notary near their place of residence and its apostille.

If anything is outside our scope of work, we will arrange everything with a local Notary to ensure that your needs are met.
